Day 1
Thermal springs "Geduko", Baksan gorge. Until 11:00 - group gathering at the airport and at the Mineralnye Vody railway station (near the main entrance from the city side). Our current goal is the Baksan Gorge. But there is a whole day ahead, so on the way we go to look at local attractions!
Thermal springs "Geduko". It has outdoor pools where you can swim in the thermal water. The water temperature reaches 50C and comes to the surface from a depth of about 4000 meters. Water is very rich in potassium, calcium, sodium and bromine. It cleanses the human body, relieves stress, rejuvenates and gives a boost of energy! Bathing accessories (swimsuit, towel, slippers, hair clip) should be pre-packaged in a separate bag and taken with you on the bus. Transfer to the Baksan Gorge (2.5-3 hours), check-in at the hotel.
Day 2
Terskol gorge, glacier and Terskol waterfall. We continue our acquaintance with the Elbrus region, today we are going for a walk in the Terskol gorge! The path runs along the river, on the right and left - a magnificent pine forest. Ahead is already visible Terskol glacier, which is smoothly sliding from the spur of Elbrus. The length of this glacier is 7 km! On a sunny day, the glacier sparkles, sparkles and pleases our eyes with its emerald peaks. And if you turn back - we will see the Main Caucasian Range and the stunning Semerochka glacier. We cross the river several times over the bridges and soon we will go out to the Terskol waterfall. The waterfall is very noisy, picturesque, full-flowing! The decoration of these places is the stunning basalt wall, on which the waterfall itself flows! The active part of the route: 10.4 km, elevation 2180-2790 m, the duration of the route is 6 hours.
Day 3
Cableway to Mount Cheget. On this day we rise higher, higher and even higher! By cable car Cheget we go to where the clouds live! The cable car will lift us to a height of 3000 m. In front of us, in full view, is the Main Caucasus Range with its impeccable peaks Donguz-Orun, Nakra-tau, Kogutai. At the foot of the ridge we will see a glacial lake. We continue to look around: on the one side of us the Semerochka glacier sparkles, on the other hand, the main mountain of the Caucasus, the snow-white Elbrus, rises proudly. Together we will admire its snowy peaks and take dozens of photos for memory! During a walk around Cheget we will see the sky-high cafe “Ay”, whose name translates as “moon”. This cafe is very popular with tourists for its unusual, round shape and panoramic windows. Descending from Mount Cheget, we find ourselves in a huge souvenir market. Here, the instructor always patiently waits for the group to buy all-all-all souvenirs. The active part of the passage along the route: the path to Mount Cheget and vice versa - 4 km on foot, elevation difference of 2180-2100 m; climb by cable car - elevation difference of 2100-3045 m; the duration of the route is 6-7 hours.
Day 4
Gorge Irik-chat, Sand castles. Today we are going to the village of Elbrus, where there is another interesting gorge - Irik-Chat. At the very beginning of the gorge we will see a picturesque canyon formed by the Irik River. We go further and higher! The trail leads us along a pine forest, past thickets of junipers, flowering meadows and a spring of narzan. At the bottom there remains a village, over which the peaks of the Main Caucasian ridge gradually rise. Soon we will leave to the Sand castles - a curious remnants of yellow sandstone. The remnants proudly rise above the valley, some of them look like giant stone mushrooms, and some resemble real, fairy-tale castles. The active part of the passage along the route: 8.2 km, elevation 1780-2180 m, the duration of the route is 6 hours.
Day 5
Azau waterfall, cable car to Elbrus. It is this day that our tourists always look forward to with special impatience! In the morning we go to Mount Elbrus. The cable cars will lift us to a height of 3850 m, in the very same heaven! Here we will walk and enjoy the stunning views that open onto the Main Caucasian Range. Right in front of us are the beautiful peaks of Shkheld and Ushba, very close to Cheget, you can see the peaks of Georgia, the famous Bezengi wall and Mount Ullu-Tau, so beloved by our tourists.
Here the views are already sky-high, but we will go up a little higher on foot to see the legendary “Shelter of the Eleven” - the highest mountain hotel for climbers. By the way, do not forget the fellow soldiers! Today we ride on them on a snowy hill. Also along the way we will visit the 70-meter Azau waterfall, which is located on the slope of Elbrus. The active part of the passage along the route: the path to Mount Elbrus and back - 7.6 km on foot, elevation difference of 2180-2380 m; Climbing by cable car - a height difference of 2380-3850 m. The duration of the route is 6-7 hours.
Day 6
Waterfall "Girl's braids", observatory "Peak Terskol." In the morning we go to Terskol peak along a wide road that winds through the coniferous forest. On the way we will go to some excellent viewing platforms and admire the picturesque basalt rocks. The Maiden’s Spit waterfall is born from the Gara-Bashi glacier and falls from a height of 30 meters. Noisy, full-flowing, sparkling in the sun and sparkling with rainbows - this is such a waterfall! Daredevils will even be able to go beyond the streams of water and stand inside the waterfall. Yes, it will be wet, it will be fresh! But what pictures are obtained here !! Let's go higher! A comfortable road leads us to the Terskol Peak Observatory. This place is interesting, first of all, for its panoramic views! We will see the Baksan Valley, the Terskol Gorge, the northern slopes of Elbrus and from a new angle we will admire the Main Caucasian Range. Note!! The instructor decides to visit the Terskol Peak Observatory based on the physical condition of the group.

Day 7
Until 12:00 eviction from the hotel. Glade of Narzans. Leaving the hospitable Baksan gorge, we will stop at a glade of narzans. Narzan is a water of low salinity, enriched with trace elements. Several sources come to the surface in Polyana Narzanov. Our narzans have a very high iron content, as evidenced by the red color around. Take empty bottles with you, take narzan on the road! At the request of the group (for an additional fee) you can visit the Chateau-Erken castle. The castle is located on the shores of a picturesque lake, surrounded by forests. Red tower castles are already from afar attract tourists. Chateau-Erken was built according to the sketches of the founder of the local wine concern Tembulat Erkenov. You can take a tour of the castle, admire its beautiful interiors, and the tour ends with a wine tasting.
Transfer by minibus to the city of Mineralnye Vody (3-3.5 hours).
15: 00-16: 00 - arrival in Mineralnye Vody (airport, bus station, railway station), departure home.
Return tickets should be purchased for transport that leaves from Mineralnye Vody after 17:00.
